In February 2000, CarrAmerica Realty Corporation developed a six (6) building suburban office complex in Redmond, Washington. The 360,000 SF campus was built on a speculative basis. After competing with CBRE, Pacific Real Estate Partners and Cushman & Wakefield, CarrAmerica selected Mike Schreck and Tim O’Keefe of Colliers International to market the buildings. In addition to leasing, Colliers was asked for marketing and design consultation for the two and three story steel frame buildings.
