	Colliers International Represents Nippon Express USA in Expansion
	The Dallas office of Colliers International negotiated an expansion of 66,000 square feet for Nippon Express USA, a leading provider of global logistics solutions. The lease expansion represents a consolidation and expansion of four locations in the DFW Metroplex. The regional headquarters for the freight forwarder is located at 2800 N. 28th Avenue at DFW Airport, Texas. The company will occupy a total of approximately 150,000 square feet. Colliers International’s Noel J. Hutcheson and Cash R. McWhorter represented Nippon Express., and CBRE’s Steve Trese represented the building owner, ING. The lease expansion was negotiated in a matter of just a few weeks following another tenant moving out of the space.
