Matt Thompson of Colliers International’s Ownership Advisory Group recently negotiated the purchase of a flex facility on behalf of William L. Bryan & Associates, LLC to be leased to Microconsult, Inc., a Dallas-based independent microbiological and analytical chemistry testing laboratory.
The 17,088 square foot facility, located in Carrollton at 3818 Commander Drive, includes laboratory space, general office space and warehouse storage. Microconsult, Inc. will lease 13,000 square feet of the building, and the balance of the space will consist of 10 to12 executive suites available for lease by William L. Bryan & Associates, LLC. The Colliers team represented the purchaser. Adam Strittmatter and Nathan Denton represented the seller, Commander Properties, LLC.
