Koppernick Tech Center possessed the high-visibility and convenient location Trader Publishing required. However, the 12,000 feet they needed was partitioned into four units. Colliers professionals coordinated space plans for two separate layouts and found a way to structure the lease so the tenant could realize the costs over the lease term as opposed to building it into the moving expense.
