The Dallas office of Colliers International announced today that it has been awarded an exclusive, multi-year contract with the North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) to provide the agency with strategic real estate advisory services. Colliers will help the NTTA develop a long-term real estate strategy that supports its growth and supports the agency’s goal of being good stewards of public resources.
The Colliers team working on the NTTA’s behalf will include executive vice presidents Scott Jessen, CCIM, and Scott Morse, CCIM, senior vice president Greg Hoffman, and client services coordinator Susie Webb. As needed, other Colliers professionals will assist the core team in servicing the NTTA account.
