Representing tenants such as Fidelity Investments, REI and Peet's Coffee, the Retail Group offers experience and proven expertise in identifying and evaluating new sites and the disposition of excess locations.
The group also represents investors and owners in the sale or lease of retail properties and in the repositioning of projects to obtain the highest and best retail uses.
