US records second disappointing quarter in the industrial sector, with results well below expected levels. Rental rates continue to march higher consistent with a pattern established in 2006. Canadian markets experienced a very bouyant quarter with results achieved higher than expected. Similar to the office sector, the Canadian industrial vacancy rate is declining and rental rates are rising. The US industrial market is tepid with less than stellar results.
