2007 Year-End Edmonton Retail Highlights
Edmonton retail construction booming! Edmonton is seeing retail development in all areas of the City. There are several re-development projects and new construction projects underway. This trend is expected to continue throughout 2008.
Vacancy rates down, rental rates up! While both rental rates and consumer spending increase, vacancy rates continue to decrease. All Edmonton corridors noticed a considerable drop in vacancy rates.
