Asking Rates Drop As The Vacancy Rate Continues To Rise
Vacancy rates have continued to increase, ending the quarter at 16.5%, the highest vacancy rate for the Tri-Cities office market in over eight years. Absorption for the quarter was negative 74,600 SF, marking a full four quarters of space givebacks.
