The third quarter posted a vacancy of 2.33%, a 0.88% increase over the second quarter. Since the beginning of 2008, the Greater Edmonton industrial market has added over 2.5 million square feet to its inventory. In the third quarter alone, 1.1 million square feet of new industrial space was added – 94% of which was preleased.
