Summary The overall vacancy rate remained relatively unchanged at 6.3% down slightly from 6.5% last quarter. The CBD and Kanata Submarkets continue to be the headline stories of the Ottawa Office Market. Kanata’s all-class vacancy rate continues to climb to 18.3% this quarter with the inclusion of 2500 Solandt Road; while The CBD continues to be tight with the all class vacancy hovering around 3%.
