By the closing of the second quarter of 2007, 244 properties were available, distributed between industrial buildings and warehouses. This represents a total of 1,441,022 m2 available, 27% more in comparison to the first quarter of the year. The largest vacancy among the 10 monitored submarkets in Mexico City and the Metropolitan Area was registered in Cuautitlan-Tultitlan-Tepotzotlan(CTT), with 428,261 m2 of available space, which constitutes 31% of the total market supply. With regards to Class A buildings within submarket CTT, a 2,331,395 m2 inventory was registered, distributed throughout 95 industrial buildings and warehouses, from which 13% are vacant.
