2007 Year-End Edmonton Industrial Highlights
Edmonton, Alberta's Industrial Engine! There
are currently 187 major projects planned for Greater Edmonton with a value
of over $41 billion. Currently, there is close to 89 million square
feet of industrial space in Greater Edmonton with an additional 3.5 million
square feet under construction.
Edmonton lease rates and land costs are hitting a record high.
Overall industrial vacancy is close to 1.5 per cent and land is nearing
$500,000 per acre.
