As previously predicted, rental rates are beginning to lower within the Financial District among all building classes. Although the decreases are small, it is a trend that has not been witnessed in the Edmonton Market in recent years. Perhaps, the change in rental rates indicates a leveling of the market, which may be needed after the exponential growth of rental rates experienced from 2006 to 2008.
