The overall office market is • stable and growing.Net absorption dropped to negative numbers for the first time since 2003. Class A properties are the hot commodities in terms of sales, leasing and development/construction. Cap rates rose to 8.23% in 2007 compared with 7.35% in the same period for 2006.
