Rents continued their downward direction from the year-end 2008 high with a Metroplex average of $19.65 per square foot.
Absorption recovered from the previous quarter’s negative totals with 151,286 square feet taken up over all classes.
Sublease space, always an indicator of the market’s health, rose by only a tiny margin during Q3 and may be leveling off.
