Vacancy Rate Continues To Increase As Recession Deepens
The total vacancy rate has increased from 15.9% last quarter to now stand at 16.6%. Net absorption for the quarter was negative 19,400 SF, however, an improvement over the previous quarter which saw a loss of 104,900 SF.
