Strong Sales and Leasing Activity Turns Demand
Positive For First Time In Two Years
Surprisingly, industrial demand was slightly positive in the 4th quarter of this year, registering positive 3,500 SF of absorption. This is the first quarter in two years where the vacancy rate has not increased.
