January 2007 proved to be a busy month with the expansion of our services into Pakistan and Thailand and the acquisitions of PKF Hospitality Research and MHPM Project Managers in Canada.
2006 CMN Becomes Largest Real Estate Services Provider in Australasia
In May 2006, CMN continues to expand in Australasia with the acquisition of PRDnationwide in Australia. The combined business now trade under three brands, Colliers International, Colliers PRD and PRDnationwide. Our business expands into Vietnam the reopening of our office in Ho Chi Minh City.
  CMN Adds Strategic Partners to Service Platform
Throughout 2006, CMN added new strategic partners to our platform including Cohen Financial, the 5th largest mortgage banking and loan administration firm in North America, PGP, appraisal and consulting services throughout the US.
2005 CMN Expands into 11th Largest Global Economy
CMN acquires Colliers Seeley adding 13 offices in the greater Los Angeles region.

FirstService becomes majority shareholder of CMN, providing equity to expand the business.
2002 Back to Colliers International
Colliers Macaulay Nicolls Inc ("CMN") acquires an additional 50% interest in Colliers Jardine Holding Ltd., resulting in their full ownership. The new ownership structure will provide our clients with seamless service across the globe.
2001 A Global Leader
For the first time, revenue tops $1 billion. Colliers ranks first in the world in terms of global reach, second largest in revenue, third largest in number of people, and fourth largest in property under management.
1997 Restructuring For A Truly Integrated Global Service
Colliers Jardine restructured its ownership to give an equal shareholding to the leading North American property services group, Colliers Macaulay Nicolls (CMN).
1995 Colliers Continues Global Growth
Colliers continues to pursue its growth strategy aimed at anticipating clients’ needs and providing services in emerging markets. CMN adds new partners in South America, and CIPC expands to South Africa.
1991 Colliers Jardine in Asia
The real estate operation of the Jardine Matheson Group merge with the Australian and New Zealand offices of Colliers International to form Colliers Jardine.
1990 Colliers International Extends to New Boundaries and Emerging Markets
Colliers reconfigures its European coverage by establishing offices throughout the region to join Colliers International whilst exporting or developing talent in the new markets of the former Eastern bloc.
1986 Asia Pacific Division Grows Stronger
Colliers becomes partners with Jardine Matheson Ltd., a trading company founded in 1832 in China. Jardine joined the CMN family and operates in 20 countries, growing the CMN business to 35 property offices throughout Asia Pacific.
1985 The Merger
Professionals at opposite ends of the globe form an alliance of shareholding members under the leadership of John McLernon, CEO of Colliers Macaulay Nicolls (CMN).
1976 Colliers International Property Consultants Begins in Australia
Several successful property companies merge and adopt the name of their mentor, Ronald Collier, a Chartered Surveyor who was instrumental in the development of the profession in Australia.
1898 Macaulay Nicolls founded in Vancouver, British Columbia.
