Colliers International opened its doors in 1999 for its Southwestern Ontario regional office located in downtown Kitchener. Since its opening, the office’s primary trading areas have been the cities of Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph and Brantford. In January of 2005, a satellite office was established in London, Ontario to continue growing the customer base westward towards the Detroit border and primarily encompassing the cities of Stratford, Woodstock, London, Sarnia and Windsor.
