Mr. Hester has been active in the real estate business as a broker, owner and manager since 1977. As a commercial investment broker and head of Sacramento Valley Multi-Family Group, he specializes in apartment sales. He has handled over 150 transactions valued in excess of $300,000,000 and consistenly closed over $25,000,000 per year in multi-family transactions in the Sacramento area. Mr. Hester believes in supporting the real estate industry by returning his time and efforts to its various associations and is also very well known for his numerous community activities.
