PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
For more than 35 years, Greg has been a specialist in shopping centers, restaurants, office buildings and medical office buildings. A native Dallasite, he spent the first 11 years of his career in all phases of real estate development, construction, leasing and management, with the Henry S. Miller Company. He spent the next 10 years of his career primarily in the development and leasing area. Greg was the Senior Vice President/Partner in charge of development, with Swearingen-Brosseau Development Company and held the same position at the Brosseau Company.
Greg joined Corrigan Real Estate Services in 1990 and has spent his last fourteen years concentrating in restaurant, retail and office leasing, both on the project side and the tenant representation side. He has also been active in the income property brokerage arena in both shopping centers and office buildings, with more of an emphasis in the retail area. Throughout his career, Greg has been active in the development, redevelopment, management, leasing and general brokerage of over seven (7) million square feet of properties. In the last five (5) years, he has averaged over fifty transactions per year, including lease and sale transactions. He spends about sixty to seventy percent of his time in Tenant Representation with an emphasis on restaurants and speciality retail. He attended both the University of Texas and Southern Methodist University and received his Bachelor of Science degree from the SMU School of Business, with an emphasis on Real Estate.
Greg and his wife of thirty-five years, Julie, are the parents of a son and
daughter and grandparents of two grandsons. Greg is a sports enthusiast and likes to play
golf when time allows.
