Tenant Representation: Significant corporate services transactions have been conducted from Seattle to San Francisco on behalf of Liberty Northwest Insurance, OnPoint Community Credit Union, Tri-Met, Honeywell, Metropolitan Life, AT&T, General Motors, CH2M Hill Engineers, Providence Health System, Integra Telecom, Unicru, GTE and Key Bank.

Build-to-Suit: Key Pacific Services Corp. – Key Bank, Portland Clinic, Willamette Falls Hospital, Providence Health System, Jacobs Engineering and Wagner Telecom.

Acquisitions and Dispositions: GE Capital, City of Gresham, Fred Meyer, Oregon Bank, Pay ‘N Pak, Precision Castparts, Miller Global, Wagner Telecom and Providence Health System.

Project Leasing: Most notable project leasing responsibility extended for twelve years – the Kruse Woods Corporate Office Park – Oregon’s largest suburban office development.

Consulting Services: Land-use studies for Tri-Met; land acquisition and site evaluation services for the City of Gresham and Port of Portland; land lease analysis for Portland Public Schools; and sale-leaseback analysis for Timberline Software.
