David English is Executive Vice President of Colliers International specializing in income property, land sales and retail leasing. Prior to joining Colliers International, David served as Vice President of Transwestern Property Company in charge of their Retail Services Division. As a top producer at Transwestern, he tripled the size of the company’s third party management and leasing contracts in less than one year, made over 300 lease transactions totaling over 1,000,000 square feet of neighborhood shop space and earned two consecutive nominations for Legendary Service. During his 20 year career with only three commercial real estate companies, David has been involved in all phases of the business including project leasing, tenant representation, land and pad sales, income property sales and development. David lives in the Rockwall area and has two daughters. He enjoys horses and other outdoor activities such as hunting and fishing.
